Religious Expression

 Vex. Real name Avelix, singer, songwriter and guitarist. Vex played the piano first taught by his mom but didn't show interest first.  Then, a friend of his started playing the piano, playing love songs which gave him interest in playing the instrument again.  He asked his friend to teach him chords.  He plays basic piano chords and can construct chords as he studied fundamental music theory in high school under Robert Pitzer.                                                   Vex started playing guitar at age 11 and learned from friends. He played off and on and took basic guitar classes and classical guitar for a short time.  At an older age he found a profound reason to write music and take guitar more seriously...to fight evil by making songs that will lead people and new generation to Christ.
